Step 3:

- House information and pictures are upload to the Multiple Listing Service and 100's of other websites.
- We coordinate showing time between you and potential buyers.
- Review, present and negotiate offers made on the house.
- Did we mention that we can also assist you with finding a new home anywhere in the country!
Step 4:
Offer accepted and now under contract!
- We will coordinate inspection times for you.
- Review, present and negotiate buyer repair request.
- Ensure you and the buyer adhere to the requirements specified within the purchase document.
- Stay in contact with buyer's lender to provide you with updates of their loan process.
- Work with title/escrow company to schedule signing date for you.
